Production team

Yinghao's production team is composed of over 200 professionals, supported by 21,000 square meters of automated production facilities. With 11 advanced production lines, including a highly automated electronic component line, and equipment like automatic packaging and screw machines, we ensure efficiency.

The injection/blow molding workshop features over 30 injection machines (up to 1688 tons) and two large blow molding machines, enhanced with robotic arms for high productivity. Our mold workshop works closely with production, allowing fast mold development and adjustments. Our team produces around 1.5 million units annually, ensuring quick and reliable delivery.

Quality Control Team

The QC team specializes in quality control to ensure that products and services meet standards of excellence. It consists of IQC, IPQC, Line QC, QA, QE and experienced supervisors, using advanced inspection tools and methods. Strictly supervise the production and service links to identify problems and make improvements in a timely manner. Dedicated to providing customers with a high quality experience, we are the solid guardians of quality.

Mold Development Team

The Mold Development Team is a group of highly skilled professionals dedicated to creating precision molds. Consisting of experienced engineers, designers and technicians, they work closely together to transform ideas into high-quality molds. They use advanced software and machinery to ensure accuracy and functionality. From concept to completion, the team is committed to delivering molds that meet the highest industry standards and customer expectations.
