Testing equipment

In terms of testing equipment, advanced physical property testing instruments are equipped. For example, the high-precision size measuring instrument can accurately measure all dimensions of toys to ensure that the product size meets the design requirements, avoiding the impact of dimensional deviation on the use experience or assembly precision.

Strength tester can conduct comprehensive testing of the toy's compressive, tensile, impact resistance and other properties, to ensure that the toy will not be easily damaged under normal use and a certain amount of external force, to ensure that it has a good durability.

For the battery, carry out an appearance check to see if there is any damage, deformation and rust. Use professional voltmeter to check whether the open circuit voltage and working voltage are stable; use internal resistance tester to check the internal resistance and judge the condition of internal structure; through constant current discharge test, combined with professional equipment to calculate the actual capacity compared with the nominal capacity. For charger, check the appearance and cable for damage.

Use professional voltmeter to check whether the no-load voltage is within the nominal range; connect the load (such as electronic load meter or matching battery), and use professional instruments to measure the output voltage and current under the load state to ensure that it is stable and meets the requirements.

We have advanced equipments such as inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer, ROHS tester, high performance liquid chromatograph, etc., which can carry out a full range of testing on incoming materials, such as PVC, PP, coatings, etc., and carry out testing and inspection in accordance with ROHS/REACH/SAMT F963, etc., or guest standards.

Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometer (ICPES) can accurately analyse the content of various metal elements in the incoming materials to ensure that the raw materials do not contain harmful heavy metals exceeding the standard, to ensure the safety of toys.

The ROHS tester

The ROHS tester strictly detects whether the incoming materials comply with the requirements of the EU RoHS Directive, and accurately screens for lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls and their ethers and other hazardous substances, so as to prevent any substances that may be harmful to the human body and the environment from entering the production process.

High performance liquid chromatography can be used to detect organic compounds in incoming materials, such as potentially harmful dyes and additives, to ensure that toys comply with strict safety standards in terms of chemical composition.
