Advanced production lines

Injection/blow moulding workshop

More than 30 injection moulding machines and two large blow moulding machines, the largest one of the injection moulding machines is up to 1,688 tonnes and is equipped with fully automated robotic arms for high production efficiency.

Mould workshop

The mould workshop and production workshop work closely together to achieve a highly efficient production process. The rapid development and production of moulds can meet the demands of production in time and reduce the production waiting time. Moreover, the mould workshop can make rapid adjustment and optimization according to the actual situation of production to ensure the perfect match between the moulds and the production equipment and improve the production efficiency and product quality.

Hardware workshop

Step 03: Provide design solutions

Step 9: Testing

Strictly control and test the products according to the national standard for export. Including product function testing, quality testing, safety testing and other comprehensive testing.
